what the heck? I can't keep my eyes open and its 3 p.m. I really want to go home and climb back into bed. Could it be the zyprexa two months after it was raised? Or what? My meds should all be on track since I fill my med box every week for A.M. and P.M. I'm sitting in Starbucks right now. I'd just really like to go to sleep in this chair. My youngest will be home in about 45 minutes. A nap is calling to me. What should I do? Should I give in? Im leaning that way...

Is your youngest able to get in to the house if you're asleep? If so, I say take a snooz and maybe you'll feel better.

Put a sticky not on your head that says "If I'm not up by blank time, wake me up. "

Just kidding.

Do you feel okay other than the sleepiness?

Hmmm Is it just today or has it been going on for days or weeks?

If you are okay otherwise, maybe your just tired today. That happens sometimes.

Also, a lot of times I sleep but I don't actually rest. I feel like it's opposite-insomnia. I'm aleep but not resting and then wake up as tired as if I never slept at all. It's weird.
