i feel so down and realy no reason for it to come on a little worried i guess but not realy sure why.going to a areena football tonight now i am not sure i wanna go not a great crowd person at all so trying not to fret over but matbe thats why i feel solow and not energized about it all.sorry if make no sense today but not sure what i am writing sorry no sense

I agree w/ Pegasus, I had the same thing
happen to me. I was abt to attend my first
football game since my BP symptoms.
I was so nervous, anxiety was kicking my
booty. I was thinking abt the crowd of ppl.
I basically used my coping skills, I started
using deep breath then went to the
game during halftime. LOL. Some ppl
leave at halftime and I didn't have to be
at the game to long.

If you have a Ativan (or something like it)
you can take it.
right before you leave
