Some nights I just don't understand why I do the things I do!!! I am just so confused!!! I am so numb and disassociated, like I am not in my body!!! A survival skill that I have learned years a go, but dam, I need to deal with things but yet I choose to run and escape instead!!! I don't know, everything is all messed up in my head!!!! I am just totally lost, and numb tonight!!!!

Hello, Winkynjr. Hope you're feeling better by this time. Are you taking medications
of any type for your feelings right now? It's important for you to know what the
diagnosis is for your emotional state, so if you haven't conferred with a psychiatrist,
that would be a good plan, in my view, to get started on how to feel better.

Until you do see one, try taking one day at a time and deal with just the most
important one thing that needs to be done that day. Then try another day to the
same with some other problem that needs your attention.

Try to get in to see a psychiatrist soon to be evaluated and given the appropriate
medication to help you through this experience you're having.

Take care of yourself, please.
