I have never, ever been a morning person. One of my favorite things to do is sleep in. Since i was tiny. Wake me up & they'll be hell to pay. Sleeping in is among my top 5 loves.

Mornings

Mania, of course, would not allow me to do that. Insomnia, the worst.
I'm back on a somewhat normal sleep schedule, which includes waking up
S L O W L Y

And lots and lots of coffee

I often meditate too, helps center me.

Mad rush this morning to get to a school function. My daughters dad had her, so he was in charge of getting her to school. Found out it was next week. They advertised wrong on the web site. Mourning my morning loss of sleeping in. LOL.

I'm always depressed when I wake up, the only exceptions are the days I wake up with hypomania.

mornings are an emotional time for me. I get online and it's like a release. I say things in the morning that I would never say during the day. weird.

I'm up at 6 am, I HATE 6 am and I'm cranky til 8am (usually if I had good sleep).

I am not a morning person either. If there were no coffee in the world I probably wouldn't get up until nine or ten.

LOL me too, but I'd gauge my wake up time more like noon.

I had insomnia for months, and now that the meds are kicked in I don't want to wake up in the morning, but have to get my kid to school. I think the insomnia was way worse than slow to wake up. I about lost my mind. Oh wait - I did

I average about 5 hours of sleep a night, but I am a morning person. I don't get tired until around 4, but the depression sets in around 11, just about everyday.

Mornings are horrible! I'm a total night owl because I feel less depressed at the end of the day.
