BP I without
First time around 19. Muffled radio station that distinguishably played music & had dj's between songs talking. Never could quite make out the song playing or what the dj's were saying. Now it's more in white noise. We have a sound machine and have played the ocean waves or rain since our first kiddo (@22yrs). I don't really remember hearing voices or anything at that time or up until recently (after being given Ambien and Seroquel). I no longer take the Ambien and I've cut back my Seroquel dose to 600mg and I haven't had much trouble with it all. But now I am not sleeping at all and RLS so it looks like I gotta bump it up. Last night I took 800mg, still no sleep so it looks like I'll be bumping it back up to 1000mg tonight. I'm sure the voices will be back, with the visuals, and the suffocation... __________________ Dx: BP1, ADD, OCD, PTSD, GAD Current: Topamax 200mg, Ativan 1mg PRN, Lamictal 200mg, Ritalin 20mgx2, Klonopin 1mg PRN, Omega 3 Abilify 10mg Past & failed: Seroquel, Saphris, Lithium, Neurontin, Wellbutrin, Prozac, Effexor, Zoloft, Celexa, Paxil, Remeron, Vistaril, Haldol, Ambien, Restoril Xanax and now most likely Abilify |
