I finally feel stable. It's been going on for a few days. I'm worried that I may flip into either extreme again soon, though.

It's so rare the rollercoaster calms down that I can't help but be worried that this is just the calm before the storm and I'm gonna get really bad soon.

"If" this is the calm before...., prepare for the storm. Stock up on sleep aids, talk w/ ur pdoc and get suggests. get things that will keep you inside and busy.

Hope you stay stable.

Heres the thing about episodes. They will come and go.

But NOW (stable) is the time to set up a action plan .. a plan for Manic and plan for depression. Falling into a episode and then trying to get a hold of you Pdoc then decide on meds and picking them up and all that crap you could be days in a mess.

Just something to think about .
