work rant

So I've been out for a week from work due to going inpatient and made the mistake of checking my work email from home lol. Apparently I have to have a meeting with classrooms 27 and 28 because ONCE AGAIN the teacher from 28 is spinning lies and complaining that we can't control our students.

let me just say that it is not my job to control my students, as i work at a behavioral school. it is my job to address their behaviors, which I do, which there is physical proof of as I sign off on all points addressed. I have also met with my behavioral consultant, who has said I am doing a perfect job and not doing anything wrong.

i have had enough of this B**** across the hall! obviously she has personal problems and thinks that she's so much better than we are. funny that her level 3 students recently ran out of class and locked themselves in my social worker's office. hmmmmmmmmmm. great job "controlling your students". funny how they seem to only accrue negative points in MY class. FUNNY HOW THAT WORKS.

I am so completely done with her. I was done with her back in october but dammit I'm tired of the slander. thankfully, administration seems to believe that she's a total psycho (no disrespect meant to us!) as well and has told us to work it out among ourselves. I'm just hoping I can keep my cool and not throttle her in this meeting.

I do NOT need this added BS on top of my mixed episode and all the paperwork that awaits me! I am going to work on breathing exercises tonight so i can be prepared for tomorrow. I'm not letting her do this to me anymore! she's not worth it!

Wow. I think you have every reason to be upset. People like that are terrible. I hope your meeting goes okay. It's really horrible to have to work in such a hostile environment.
