i have been on the couch for 3 yrs, im finally feel better, i can vol at greenville hospital, they want a 6 month commitment. Im scared. I havent done anything in 3 yrs, what if i slide back to my couch. What if I cant handle the stress, im scared

Do u have to commit to a number of hours? I'm guessing since its volunteering, they would be flexible with ur schedule. Good luck!
