My blu e-cigarette cartridges came today so I am giving quitting another go. I quit for about three years before the cycling started up again so viciously. Then with my recent inpatient stay and mixed episode I started smoking almost a pack a day, which I had never done! That's waaaaaay too much money to be spending on cigarettes. So I got the e-cigs and hope to use them to quit like I did last time (when i was pregnant).

I feel like the abilify is definitely working to stabilize me. I've got two days of feeling good under my belt. hopefully it is real and not a transition into another episode. only problem will be when i have to get more meds. i can't afford the abilify until my deductible is met. hopefully the hospital will submit its claim soon so the deductible is taken care of.

here's to pink lungs!
