I know I'm a newbie, but I'm laughing so hard I'm crying. And I was kinda down today. I rated myself a 6 on my mode chard at 6 pm.

Normally I would say yes, but I'm on new meds, and I'm cycling bad. Took me off lithium and put me on carbamazepine. I don't know what is going on, but I'm riding it out.

Things have settle way down. Even though I got a good nights sleep last night, I'm having trouble staying awake. I know I have to get used to the meds. I've been on this one before, and it usually takes a little while to really have the effect it's supposed to.

This happens to me when I am all over the place. Inappropriate emotions kind of thing. Crying when it's clearly not a sad moment. Stuff like that.

The crying? Or the inappropriate emotions? I guess with either, I don't. I just wait it out. They've happened much less frequently since I've been on appropriate medication. I was on just ad's before and it didn't do anything for my moods.

Both. I stopped taking my meds almost a year ago. I know now, I shouldn't have, but I was feeling good. Well, now I'm finding out why I shouldn't stop taking my meds. Now they just have me on a mood stabilizer.
