Ok three weeks to moving date. Across the country in a uhaul with hubby and his injured neck, a trailer with a car and me in the pickup. A chaotic, huge storage unit that must be organized and packed and dealt with, a yard sale coming up with all the boxes needing to be gone through first, trying to find a new Pdoc in a different state, worried my meds will run out, in fear that my Pdoc appt will be cxld at last minute and it's during moving week and all I can do is be on cancellation list, too much stuff, went from a 4 bedroom house to a one bar apt. Now moving again to a one bar apt but without a storage unit. Hubby can't lift. I have a torn rotater cuff. We've got help but how reliable are they?

Heeeeeeellllpp! Overwhelmed and frustrated!!! Plus 85 pct of the stuff we own is his...he's a Packard and I travel light and it's driving me nuts!

Just do what you can do. I guess you will need to rent a storage unit for the stuff that won't fit , the stuff that does just shove it in what ever place you wont trip over it and then unpack at a pace that isn't going to make you stark raving crazy.

I can relate , my husband keeps everything. I am the complete opposite I throw out stuff , I can not do clutter .

Good luck , "try" and be kind to yourself as much as possible.

Thanks Christina...yesterday I shared my feelings with hubbie and he or he and I cleaned out his two closets. At least a dent was made. And today were going to the storage to organize. So I feel a little better. I just needed to communicate my feelings of being overwhelmed about the move instead of being angry with him over other all kinds of little stuff. Amazing, that honest communication thing, really works in relationships!

I'm glad you and him were able to connect and get some things down and feeling closer to your spouse always helps on so many levels.
