Most of the reason i feel like a failure, i think is that i dont have a job. Im always worried that people think Im lazy or something because of it. I do feel lazy lately, though. Its hard to do anything, i just want to sleep all the time. When i am working, my self esttem is a lot better, but i never feel completely "right". I am trying to find a job now.
I am seeing a new therapist in a couple weeks. Just needed some advice i guess, very unmotivated. Does anybody else have similar problems?

Redbandit, any time you are trying to make a change in your life for the better is a sign of strength, not failure. Things may not always go the way we want it, but at least you are trying. I can't hold a job, but at least I have tried. Keep positive despite everything else.

I feel much better when i am working, too (part time is all i can handle though). There are times when work isn't possible...so can you look for satisfaction in doing one really solid household chore per day? That is what i did when i was unemployed for about a year. I had to give myself some structure and just choose to set a "house cleaning" schedule to give me something to measure my efforts. Silly, but it made me feel better : ).
