Moved across the country...2300 miles. Same night of arrival unloaded huge truck mostly by myself and brother in law as hubby has a broken neck. Got overwhelmed and burst into tears in front of everyone then started unloading again.

Next day woke up at 6 am and unpacked for 19 hours straight. House completely set up in one day. Not tired today either. Wish I had more to do. Want to go buy, buy, buy new things. Want everything perfect now!

Rescued a stray kitten from a dirty motel parking lot in New Mexico. Poor thing half starved. Impulsive...now I'm a pet Mom and I love it. That little kitty makes me so happy.

I hurt so bad I can barely walk and my muscles are twitching. But I got it all done. I just could not stop. Now what?

I recommend spending some time enjoy your kitten!

Definitely sounds like a helpful (if draining) time to have mania set in and get your house all unpacked! Way better than having a depression hit and getting nothing unpacked for months!

Your husband has a broken neck? Ouch... I hope that he heals quickly!

Get all your errands done: Get doctor appointments set up, register for school (forgot if you had kids), take kitty to the vet, request mail to be forwarded, find local store and restaurants, get all utilities correct and anything else you feel you'll need.

You're an inspiration!
I was just told the place we rent is going up for sale and the realtor is coming to take pics on Wed. Am I supposed to clean or take a sledgehammer to the walls so no one will buy it...JUST KIDDING!

Try to find soothing things, yes playing with your new kitty would be good. calming quiet times, and lots of rest.

Thanks everyone. I'm a little worried about getting cost reduced Pdoc, meds and therapy. We have to get approved and it takes 30 days, then set up appts. I have enough meds for 2 months. Had my old Pdoc do that for me.

Still manic, organizing and throwing things out behind my hoarder hubbie's back. I get overwhelmed by too much stuff and he never throws anything out. So I'm helping the situation!

He had a neck surgery and it didn't heal so he's going to have to have another surgery and I hope he gets well as we are both unemployed artists.

Playing with Peaches now! He's peachy gold and sweet!

I appreciate the support. I hope I don't get depressed after the mania. I'll not worry about that just yet! Really want to shop but hubby has me on a tight leash!
