How do you find motivation when you are in a funk? I have been stuck for over a week and have important things to accomplish. I find myself stalling and not doing anything. Please help if you can. I need ideas.

When I have trouble with motivation, I set an alarm and when it goes off I get up and do something. Also, if it is a large task I break it down into smaller tasks.
