I am just wondering if anybody has adrenal fatigue? I am pretty sure I do, but it was nothing that was ever brought up by ANY doctor as something to even check. I found the information about signs/symptoms in a rather happenstance way. I am not a person who typically thinks I have every possible illness, nor am I trying to explain-away my bipolarness. I just feel like if there is any type of underlying medical condition, it is something that needs to be addressed so that it doesn't exacerbate symptoms. So I am wondering: does anybody else have/had adrenal fatigue, how did you heal yourself from that, and did you find that your BP symptoms improved at all once you addressed the deficiency in function?

I know people are pretty much free to discuss alternative medicine here, but I thought I should post this for those who would rather avoid it. No offense meant to anyone.

"read the thread" should have said "I read the link". I guess I should not post the same way I text, haha.

I have been treated for adrenal fatigue, but I can't say it helped. Maybe temporarily. I'm also not denying it's a real thing though. For me it makes sense that many years of prolonged stress can affect hormone production. I'm just not sure that doctors or naturopaths have figured out how to treat it correctly. And it's my opinion that when the medical community doesn't understand something, they say it's not real based on no proof. But no proof doesn't mean that something isn't real. It could mean that, or it could mean we just don't understand it fully yet.
Thanks for this!
