Hello everyone!

Feeling really weird at the minute, just want to know if people have experienced similar I think it's a bipolar thing, but I'm still coming to grips with understanding it all D; Might be triggering...

I have OCD and Bipolar so it's hard to distinguish sometimes. Feeling Down, weepy, unable to care for myself, then suddenly so many ideas, and hope but feeling unworthy of having those thoughts. Then suddenly angry and uncontrollable, breaking things, then guilt. Then suddenly everything's funny, brilliant, laughter. Then pervasive anxiety, worried I'm going to delibrately crush my own head, seeing things out of the corner of my vision, hearing things, extreme mood labilty... Confusion too. Can't concentrate on one thing, unable to form sentences at times, took me a long time to write this );

Gone to see GP but week wait for psych. Such a horrible feeling. Can't sleep, but so tired. Not looking for a diagnosis, but just wondering if anyone's experienced anything similar??

Many many thanks everyone >~<

sounds like a pretty good mania going on to me. the sooner you get in to your pdoc the better to get things under control.

Thank you guys, it's always reassuring to know other people have experienced the same things. Pdoc appointment 2 in two weeks is the soonest I can get, but pleased to be getting help.
