Do you ever have dreams when you're being possessed or something takes control over you and you cannot move at all and all you can do is try to scream at the top of your lungs?

Then you wake up with your heart racing, really bad headache and you're scared...

This just happened to me. I've had these manu times before. One time I thought it was real because it was in my room and I saw red eyes....so scary

Ugh. I hats these, i don't want to sleep.

No dreams like that, but dreams of people or just things chasing me. Some nights, I'm to scared to sleep.

It used to happen to me years ago where I could not move or scream. All I could do is lie there frozen and terrified, I think its where your body is asleep and your mind is awake. It happened me when I was exhausted.

Sounds like sleep paralysis. It's horrible.
Thanks for this!

Repressed early primal pain from my experience. I have these but not as bad as they once were.

I used to have nightmares like that, but rarely experience them anymore. Mine had reoccurring themes and imagery, too.

Happens to me all the time, I normally don't see things, but for sure feel like something is with me in the room. I feel like I see weird things moving at times, but it's hazy and I don't remember it.
