Grrrrr - feel so uncomfortable.
Starting to get flu.
Cannot and don't want to concentrate
Bored
Have phases of extreme anxiety
Feeling very anti-social
At times wish i could hide under my blanket in bed
Feel insecure.
Wish someone could hold me

I don't know what's going on right now

Aside from getting the flu - which could very well be what's causing all the other things you're feeling.... everything else tends to be, for ME, the starting of a depressed period.

I'd say drink a lot of water and get some rest and try to beat the flu!

I'm worried it's the start of a depressive episode. I skipped my Zoloft on Friday night because I'd had a few drinks. On Sat morning i didn't take the Wellbutrin for the same reason. Maybe it'll settle again.
Maybe I should just stop my meds altogether.
I don't care right now

I know it can seem like the right thing at the time, but before you stop taking your meds, give your pdoc a call. I can't tell you what to do or not to do, but I'd just suggest giving them a call before you stop all together.

Have you ever tried Zicam? That stuff has always worked wonders for me at preventing sicknesses from going full blown.

I hope you feel better.
