I'm off lithium thank god I'm on topamax 50 mg twice a day to start along with my old meds abilify and Zoloft I feel a little fuzzy and slow

im on Topamax for bipolar and doing well. I had no side effects from it other than the beneficial one of losing weight. I take 400mg a day.

Wow I just started today at 100 mg a day which I'm sure they will increase just some drowsyness no hungry they told me to stay hydrated

I used to take it and stopped taking it because I freaked out and thought it was interfering with another med. I am not as stable as when I was on it, so am hoping to go back on it. My doctor told me to take it at night because it can make you sleepy, but I guess if you take it twice a day that won't help.

It does get me drowsy I'm sure they will up my dosage lithium was messing me up for more than a year

I been on it for three days now at 100 mg a day to start and I can't eat I feel full with a bit of anything
