Don't beat yourself up. Everyone feels that way sometimes. Even normal people.

Eye roll.

I might say don't beat yourself up... but that's because bruises are a pain in the BUTT. (Seriously, I managed to get a few on my legs this weekend.. no idea how... but they are annoying the h*** outta me)

I hate it when people say to get over it, or that things could be worse, or anything at all that implies that I actually have control over what I'm feeling. I don't. It's how I feel. I can control how I act but it is NOT the same thing. Oh and when they compare how I feel with other people who are clearly less fortunate. I'm well aware of the fact that overall I have a pretty good life - and that loads of people who are happy are in a worse situation than I am. Honestly, I'd trade places with them if I could as I'd rather be happy and content!

Eep, sorry if this is a dupe thread. That's a lazy move on my part.

Mods, feel free to close/delete.

I just hate it when my sister says "You blame everything on your bipolar" (which I don't) and then two seconds later it's "You just act like that because you're bipolar". Drives me straight up the wall. It's like I'm not allowed to have a legitimate gripe, or a mood swing either.
