Hi Everyone. I haven't been here in forever, but feel the need to gain some insight and support.

I fell into a deep depression on Sunday night and I cannot shake it. I haven't been depressed in a very, very long time and hate the way I feel.

I am thinking it could be seasonal, but I cannot tell.

I am antidepressant resistant and am on Concerta for ADD and BP Depression, but it isn't helping me with this bout. My psych nurse put me on a new SSRI, but they just never kick in on me.

Do you guys think it could be seasonal, Summer into Fall?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I have seasonal affective disorder and was begging my husband to take me to the hospital because of it. He knows i don't really want to be in the hospital as i tell him not to take me there when i want to go, and usually doesn't last very long, and he knows it is the seasonal affective disorder. If i really really want to go he'll take me and i usually have a short stay, in the pshyc ward. You probably do have some type of weather related disorder, but i'm no doctor. It could be because of the weather is all i'm trying to say.
