Feel like I'm about to crumble into a million pieces. This can't happen now I've got to be back in college in 4 days.

Tonight is a bad night. Like one of those horror nights where your sibling finds you covered in blood. It won't go down like that though.... I think I'm gonna try to sleep.

Today I just feel numb. Nothing's getting through. I'm just worried about going back to college. My books look like walls of text. I don't know what to do.

Just keep going through the motions.

It so scary going back to work or school, but honestly, just go through the motions, even if you dont feel right or like you are taking anything in, just keep at it, eventually the anxiety will settle when you realise that its all going to be ok.

Hang in there. The first few days of class will be mild- going over the syllabus, people adding and dropping. It will buy you a couple more days to feel better.

Do you have anything at school you're looking forward to- a certain teacher, friend, activity or place?

How are you doing today??

Like Molly said - the first little bit of school will be ok. If you go to the classes and are pretty much checked-out mentally, it'll be ok. You won't be missing too much at that point. Maybe class will even be good for you, as it will occupy your time and mind!
