I'm both! lol

Add in ADHD, anxiety, depression, epilepsy and you've got my screwed up brain.

The way I found out that it was my official diagnosis is because my doctor needed to fill out a medically-related form for government-related paperwork and there it was. In a way it was nice to put a name to the face of insanity, but there it was.

On the whim of a friend's suggestion I've started a blog, don't know if this is a good idea or not but here you go crazysoundsbad.blogspot.com

Good luck with the blog. Stick around and post some more here. I think you'll find this community very helpful and welcoming.
