It's been a while since I posted on here regularly, so I just thought I'd say hi again. I see a lot of names on here that I don't recognize so I feel like I'm new. lol

For anyone out there that was following my story, I've been doing much better lately. I mean... I have a day here and a day there, but in GENERAL it's much better really. As nervous as I was to start the Paxil, having the reduced anxiety has been the biggest change in my life. I really had no idea how much my anxiety was affecting my every day life until it wasn't there anymore.

I mean, I still deal with pretty extreme mood swings from Bipolar, but... one thing at a time.

So hi!

Hi Nessa, glad you're back. I am new to the Forum but it's helped me already. I am kinda new to this Bipolar diagnosis, and am still kind of figuring out the details to my new name I give my extreme moods.

Glad to hear that it's possible to reduce the stress..
Thanks for this!

Hi, I just started coming back a short while ago also, it's nice to meet you. I certainly understand what you mean about the anxiety and how it can fuel the bipolar.
Thanks for this!

So hi!
Hi Nessa i am really pleased that you are feeling much better now and may it long continue !!! I am brand new on here, only joined tonight. I have suffered since i was 10yrs old and i am now 47 and i do honestly feel i have bipolar disorder. I am buzzing at the moment because it is night time and i guess thats the only time i feel safe and secure lol. I feel like im high but not really a happy high just full of nervous and positive energy/vibes. If you know what i mean ?

Hi Nessa. I joined 2 years ago, but didn't believe my dx, so I drifted away. When I was dx again last month I came back. I'm glad you're back, and it's good to hear your anxiety is better.
