Hi everyone, I was diagnosed about a month ago and I am trying to catch my balance. Crazy stuff going on right now. I am extremely manic....still. I find that I am really up up up up UP! And I cant come down, its got me so crazy right now. Anyway, I wanted to say hey and introduce myself. I am bipolar but also suffer from ptsd, ocd, and schizoid personality disorder. I am currently on lithium, riserdal, and hydroxizine for anxiety.

I feel weird and anxious a lot and I AM AT WORK! Trying to keep it together so I can work!!

Nice to meet you all :-)

Nice to meet you, too, nadiaweiss26. Glad to here you are already under a doctor's care. Being manic is not easy to deal with, but sounds like you are managing right now, even if you are anxious. All I can say is hold on until you come down. It's not easy but can be managed. And don't be afraid to call your doctor if things get too bad. Good luck

Be careful for the down after the ups, they can be the worst. Take it easy when you're not working and try to get enough sleep because not enough can trigger a manic episode. Good luck and welcome!
