I've been stuck in depression for almost 6 months now.

been on lamotrigine for almost 2 months and start 200mg yesterday after being on 100mg for 2 weeks.

meds:

lamtical 200mg morning
Seroquel XR: 150mg night
Seroquel 25mg morning
Zyprexa 5mg night

I thought the therapeutic dose of lamictal was 100mg, I feel miserable still.

Its controversial I have read but all of my pdocs have been fine with my taking an antidepressant alongside my mood stabilizer which I have done since diagnosed 7 years ago, the antipsychotic was added 4 years after my diagnosis. I would give your lamotrigine a chance to work but if you are still not feeling well talk to your dr. Finding the right medicine is a process, it's hard to do but try to be patient. If you go to therapy that can help too. I hope this helps some.

I agree with emomom. You may need a few weeks to get used to the new dose. What is your Dx?

Knowing which one matters in prescribing meds. I'd ask the pdoc and just tell them how you are feeling.
