My day went really well and tonight looked promising but of course, that went to hell real quick. My husband had a bit too much to drink and he was a crying drunk....I did my best to be strong for him because I realize that he us dealing with a lot too.

I feel so guilty like I drive him to drink. He is the best and strongest man I know but he is only human.....so down tonight...

I am sorry, I have been there. But for all the stress you may bring to the relationship, you bring just as much, if not more love and happiness. Your husband wouldn't be with you if you didn't. It is hard to feel the impact of your moods on other peoples lives, but as long as you try your best, and always be genuine, and loving, and caring, when you can... that's all you can really do. I go through the same things with my husband..

I can relate to how hard it can be when your partner isn't the strong one. I rely on my husband for stability, so when he's low, it throws me all out of whack.
