This "cartoon" really sums up a lot of what drags me down ... and I gather it's a bipolar thing.

I take clonazapine and it knocks me out for the night after around 8:00 at night. It does make me depressed but i sleep through the depression. It is actually i think for schitzophrenia, but maybe they could use it for something different too?

The only way to successfully treat and manage bp is finding the right combo of meds, therapy and a strong support network of friends and family. It is only when all of these factors have been addressed adequately that you will find some relief. Good luck. I'm still struggling too. I can't find the right combo of meds, my therapy is ok, but I have no support network, none at all. Take care. Keep trying, you'll get there.

Check out my Blog "Choocha Spills". It's a combo of blogs and poetry. I'm planning on writing more blogs, now I know people are actually reading it. I think the easiest way to find it is through google. Thanks. Or, hopefully this link works: http://choocha.psychcentral.net/ ![]() |

Sleep and I have worked out a love-hate relationship. As in, when I love sleep it hates me. And when I hate sleep it loves me.
It doesn't work.
