They both get back to me the same day I call. T usually during his workday between clients. Pdoc tends to call after his last appointment, usually around 7PM when he calls. I've never had to wait for another day except in cases where the message didn't get relayed to them correctly which wasn't their fault (and they weren't happy about it either).

It's pretty easy to get a hold of them since they're in the same building and are there all day most days, usually I hear back from them within a few hours or less.

Pdoc is hard to get ahold of. Even if my T is concerned, it's usually at least a week or two before I hear or see her. T is much quicker to respond. During the week, only a day or so at most. On the weekend, might be 2 days.

It was the same day for both, untill I got a crappy pdoc, then it wouod be days or week or so and I would have to get my t to get ahold of my pdoc for me and raise some noise, then he would get back to me and hopefully not mistake me for another patient like he was prone to do.

My T isn't allowed to leave unless she's answered the email/phone-call in some way.

My P-doc it just depends but there is always a nurse or someone only a fast phone call away.

Pdoc knows that I call only when it's damn near an emergency, so he gets back to me the moment he gets a breather in between patients. He's really good about calling personally too, instead of turfing it to the NP or the medical assistant.

I think it's harder for them to locate me...

I never tried.. I believe I am too ashamed and afraid to seek help of any kind if they know me

Depends on what I need them for. A script or inquiry could be a week, but if its an emergency they are back to me that day.

Both will call me back within the day. I have the t's emergency after hours cell phone # and she surprisingly picks up when I call on that. I've only called a couple times, when I'm freaking out about something.

I always feel bad for calling them, b/c I think I'm wasting their time. So I don't call much.
