I have phases of my illness. Typically during the summer I'm more hyper, but during the winter I'm constantly fighting the lows. I'm starting a diet, adding Vitamin D and C, I think it will help. I think Vitamin D is in the sun, so that's why it would help with depression affected by changes in sunlight and weather.
I'm always in a good mood when it's sunny out. I'm in an ok mood tho. I find the best poetry and writing seems to come when I'm in my low phases. |

I take vitamin B to help with my anxiety. Its only a slight help at this stage but better than no reaction at all!
