I was wondering if anyone else has or does live in the sticks. I have not been able to find anyone to treat me out here. So far I have just used my tool box from other treatments and my support system. What do you do when you need support?

So far I use my DBT skills workbook. Call/text/email a few of my old group members.

Now I am hoping to be able to use this forum for support. Any other suggestions?

I live in a remote area too and am also relying on myself. One thing to check would be if NAMI has groups meeting in your area. It wouldn't be condition specific but it might help.

I didn't even think of that, I hope NAMI has something here, I really prefer human interaction!
