... And i have Bipolar Affective Disorder.

After over 10 years of suffering with symptoms and my own mind, someone has finally. Taken me seriously enough to diagnose me!

You may have seen me hovering around, but now its official i will be joining in more and getting to know more about my mind - i thought i'd introduce myself. Hello guys x
