Over the last few weeks I have been having an episode. I have been seeing and hearing things. I have had hypo mania and then depression spells. When I go to work I can hardly make it thru a day I have been leaving in the middle of the day. My pdoc has taken me off work under FMLA . I have no sick time so hopefully I will still have a job when I get back. The pdoc upped my risperidone and I am now doing a little better. Not sure about the memory problems I have mostly at work, I guess we'll see once I go back to work. I have been feeling like my family does not understand how hard bipolar can be. I also haven't been sleeping to well which doesn't help. I'm seeing a T today and I have a lot of Dr. Appt this week and next. Sorry if I bounced around its just how my mind is working at the moment. Just like to know I'm not alone

Def not alone. I'm about to have to leave work because I can barely function while there. I'm just in a depression though. No hallucinations this time but sickening, paralyzingly anxiety. Today I took off work just for a day and I am just laying in bed with no desire to get up at all. It's gonna be a long day here in bed.

You are definitely not alone.

You could be suffering from sleep deprivation. I would go to a doctor and get prescribed a sleeping pill. I take one every now and then, and believe me, it does help.
