I found this mood chart online you can print off and wanted to share: http://www.psychtoolkit.com/uploads/...v_06-24-11.pdf It's been very helpful for me, it's interesting to see mood fluctuations even if minor ones and what other factors may have contributed to it. I also love that there's a comments section

This is a great chart. Thanks for sharing it! I have been using it since the 1st and its a great visual way to track my mood. I even shared it with my peer support group.
