My consonants get stuck mid word lately. Anybody else relate?

Yes, it's part of the mania. I stuttered a lot right before my hospitalization and a lot right after the hospitalization.

Meds can cause this kinda of problem. It's not unusual . I know Lithium can be a cause.

I notice it if I am not maintaining the same daily intake of fluids. Also it depends on what fluids your drinking , soda , caffeine stuff etc is not the best choice.

I drink a lot of water every day but had coffee and tea too.
