Today I just feel like I could run and run forever and never get far enough away, because I know what I am running from will still be with me. I don't know how to deal with this feeling, like my blood is boiling anytime I sit still for too long... Any suggestions?

I'm listening to calming music and drinking tea and trying to keep my environment soothing...I don't know what else to do

I can relate. I'm out having a mocha with my friend. A favorite saturday thing to do when the kids are with their dad. I took my youngest to see a movie this morning.

I get that feeling sometimes too. Usually working out, like going for a run or something helps. Yoga, if you like yoga. Or sometimes I go to a movie, by myself. By the time the movies finished, my blood temp. seems to have cooled off. This also keeps my thoughts from racing because I am focusing on whatever is on the screen.
Hope you feel better soon.

I completely understanding.

Running away is my impulse that I have to deal daily with. I think it's similar to how some must feel about SI. Anything remotely triggers me, and all I can think of is driving until I run out of gas, or just dissapearing.

I agree with exercise. Go on a long walk? I'm actually about to do this now.

I hope your walk helps you! If not then come back and vent, lol. I'm always open to listen to venting haha
