* Not sure if this is a trigger, but if you are trigger sensitive - please don't read*
I went on a massive binge drinking and weed smoking stint for 2 weeks. Effects -> my meds are not working the way they should and I had a manic episode. My body is broken. It has been 2 days since I have cleaned up my act. I realise that it will take much longer to feel better again. Problem is; I run a small business and have to send through reports to the MD today. I should have done it yesterday but I was throwing up the whole day - probably alcohol poisoning. I have been sitting in my office listening to music the whole day! I can't focus. I am nauseous and feel like fainting. Lethargic, depressed and phlegmatic. Anything that you guys can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe drink a whole heap of water to flush some of it out of your system? Caffeine? Sorry not much help but hope you feel better soon

Pedialyte or Gatorade when you get home a hot bath to help you relax and sleep it off

Vitamin B12 and evening primrose. Willow bark (or aspirin) helps too.
