hello everyone i was wondering what is everyones euthymic state like. Are you on the low side, normal, or a little hypo. From 1 to 10 what is your euthymic state with 10 being manic and 1 being depressed?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I would hope someone's "normal" or "true" mood is not a 1. Or a 10 for that matter.....

I used to be on the low side. But the therapy I have been doing and all my other coping skills have really brought that up. Now when I am stable, I am feeling pretty fantastic.

You guys missed my point. Euthymic IS a 5. Euthymic = a normal, nondepressive, reasonably positive mood. A 1 would be dysthymic (depressive) and a 10 would be hyperthymic (manic). Just saying.

My normal state would feel like a 7 to most people.

Me too. I prefer 7, but that's bordering on hypomania.
