Moose,

I was hospitalized in Sept, and noticed that there were no migraines whilst I was inpatient. I suspected that the culprit was coffee - there was no coffee while I was hospitalized. I tried cutting out coffee, and the frequency of migraines went down. But it is an individual reaction and you might not have it. Actually, maybe my memory fails me - you already know that coffee is your trigger, right?
