Had an ok day. Migraine all day thougg. Went out to lunch with friends. Didnt say anything. They said i looked pale. Slept when i got home. Having intrusive thoughts now. In bed watching twilight zone. Ideas?

((Moose)) I've been having a lot of those thoughts lately too. The one thing keeping me from acting on them is the fact that it is the holiday season. I don't want my family to associate my death with the holidays, so I will have to wait at least a month before I act on anything. Maybe this line of thought could help you too.

Its just my old thoughts again. Doesnt mean i want to die. Dont wanna call psych er like i did last time. Ended up in crisis residential unit.

I'm glad to hear that you don't want to die.
 If you're not in imminent danger, I don't think you need to go to the ER. Just rest, relax, and try to distract yourself from those horrible thoughts.
