hey guys,
i was wondering if you could help me on this one.
lately ive been seeing a man following me, he is obviousley not real, hes like a shadow, one colour , one texture, really scary
any way, hes been following me, i see him on my way home, i see him at work, and i see hi when im home.
the other night i came home and rang the door bell because i had forgotten my keys,
i looked through my bedroom window, and saw a man inside looking out at me. he lit a cigarette and then dissapeared.
as i walked inside, the house STANK of cigarette smoke.
but no one else could smeel it or see the smoke in my room...
then today at work i was cleaning and i looked up and he was right infront of me.
he blew smoke in my face and said " run "
then he was gone.
am i nuts?
whats the deal?

Tom, first, welcome.
Now, I haven't had any kind of experience like this. Yes I feel like somebody is following me sometimes, but as soosn as I look behind nobody is there.
I hope somebody here can ehlp you on this.

Hello I hoep things are better at this time. It sounds like you are having a psychotic episode. Sometimes you can feel or smell things that arent there, if you are in a psychotic episode. You wil probably have to talk to your Dr about changing your medication..The good thing is that you are still capable of getting your medicaiton changes hopefully without going into a full blown crisis, You should call your Dr immediately so that they are aware of what is happening. Yes, do see your doc pronto. The fact that you know these things are not real shows that you have insight into your illness, which is a very good sign. --Suzy
