Hey Everyone,[INDENT] Long story short, I had my first manic episode almost two years ago today. I convinced my doctor to give me a lesser diagnosis so that it would not end my military service. Unfortunately the conditions were I couldn't have any more manic episodes. Of course I had another one around this time last year, I was hospitalized, and then officially diagnosed as Bipolar Type 1. Fast forward to today I feel I'm on the verge of my third manic episode. My question is does anyone here seem to have cyclical manic episodes? If so, how do you go about managing or controlling them?
