I don't know if I'm bipolar or not, I feel like I'm making a big deal out of nothing but anyways... I guess one thing I'm trying to wrap my head around is differentiating between actual episodes and situational mania/ depression. Sometimes I'll get really random self-harm urges even though I haven't cut in over a year, and sometimes there will be a constant stream of thought going through my head like my brain just won't shut up. Or I'll feel good and bad at the same time.
Another thing is that my mother has radical mood swings and opinion changes, like a borderline personality almost. I don't know if this could contribute. Thanks for reading. - AJ |

I'd keep a detailed mood/event/thought chart and a regular mood chart to view both long term moods and situational moods.
