Looks like you have no shortage of listeners, but you can talk to me. I am bipolar 2 rapid cycling + ADHD. I am treating my conditions through life style modification, mainly diet, but I am also meditating, mood tracking, doing therapy, and trying to exercise and control sleep. Anyhow, I am recently diagnosed, and would be happy to listen...
