I'm not depressed. Currently, I'd see myself as stable or maybe in a high. I'm ferociously hungry, thirsty (I can't pee clear even after I drink a pitcher of water, and I'm tired. I've never been a sleeper, but I can't get through a day without napping. I have acid reflux. My mother is type 2, but diabetes doesn't run in the family. I've always had a huge appetite and am 106 lbs, but my laziness is scaring me. Could this be a mood thing? A health thing? Or is this typical when it's snowy and you're jobless?

Sorry if this is dumb, I just want to make sure in not on the path for obesity. I ate half a tin of muffins and an entire can of refried beans plus more today. I couldn't get to sleep without eating two bananas with PB because I was so hungry!

Have you had any med changes recently? I would get a physical. Try to choose heavy foods like oatmeal.

PMS? You're reporting foods higher in carbs, maybe try more protein? Greek yogurt, tofu, salmon? I got a bag of frozen meatballs at trader joes, theyre gross but with sugar free ketchup they do keep you satiated and are very quick in the microwave.

I would get yourself tested for diabetes to be on the safe side. My mom said her first clue was heavy thirst, craving carbs and bruising easily.

I've gained over thirty pounds from being on zxpresa(sp). I also nap twice daily for two to three hour stretches. Lately watching what I eat and begun rigorous exercise got to be back to my little self.

Good luck

I am getting close to period time. I eat mostly vegan and I'm poor, but I'll try to stay off the noodles. I'm so stuffed right now, but I know I'll be hungry soon. I'm feeling guilty. I don't want to get fat :/ everyone in my family is fat except me. Fortunately, I don't have their body types. I'm an hourglass with no fat above my belly and I'm the tallest at 5'3". They are all apples. I also eat way healthier than they do and am more active, but I'm scared. Why if all of my skinny suddenly goes away? :/
