...icecream is enormously beneficial ....especially when the urge is spontaneous..

lollies are also pretty good....

there are so many lollies but the choice is simply one lolly at a time...

..and then while enjoying the lolly....plan on selecting the next one...

sometimes lollies can be combined with the available icercream...

with delicious results... and these are enjoyed very much...

the point of this?....

often being cornered emotionally and exhausted trying to understand why...

it's time to just say screw it I need some treats...

we are all children big kids we need treats sometimes...

yes indeed you isolated the beautiful part of yummy!...

we really are for truth...big kids!

the better we less pretend what we believe we should...

the far better we can function doing what we could...

and suddenly what we could becomes what we should!

yes ...me too...

sugars and sweetness is so available in our lives we just so often vanish in the sour and bitter accidental alternative...

but that's put aside...

we deserve to indulge in the sweet...and the sweetness will continue to perform like .....like

the honey Gods.....and cover us in deliciousness....

you are welcome Supanova..
