Hello,

I just join this site for support with living with what I like to call: the Incredible Hulk & Mr.Clean trapped in a very small living small. In other words: I am living with being bipolar and having o.c.d as well.

Throughout the years, I've written in my notebooks & just recently read one of them & it made me want to try something different, group support. So, here I am making the first step to my desicion.

Thank-you for reading.

Hi & welcome It makes sense to me, I love your description Hulk & Mr.Clean!
sounds like an awesome talent to me!

I cant get myself to do the cleaning it's too overwhelming, I just growl at it & make myself not look at the messes. I need help, but can't afford it. I hate hate hate messes, but can't wrap my head around how to clean. I have bp & ADD - so focusing on any one thing seriously hurts my poor brain. Unless it's interesting or daydreaming staring out the window, then I can hyperfocus.

I have no Mrs.Clean in me - but I think I do have a She-Hulk in me. Like yelling at too many shampoos in the shower this morning and throwing them against the wall, whoops. Now I just have another mess to clean up! Ughh
