Is that two jobs with shifts back to back? Or a choice between two jobs? How many days a week are we talking? What sorts of jobs are they (not specifically if you don't want -- I mean more like... stressful?... a lot of interaction?... physically demanding?... that sort of thing). Is it like work you've done before and are familiar with, or something totally new to you?

Ok. That's enough interrogation.
For now.

Not back to back, two different choices. Five days a week each. One of them is working for a factory, it's physical, it gets you tired and one of them is customer service representative, staring at the screen gets you high.

I would choose 6;45, get home earlier. Depends on your night meds for the other job.

I went stir crazy in front of a computer. I also find customer service tough because you aren't being assertive. I think it's such a personal choice though.

Well...

Are you a night person or a morning person?

I'm a morning person. The thought of working until 9pm makes me cringe - I want to be winding down and getting ready for bed. But waking up and starting work at 6:45am, while I might consider that too early still, is a much easier adjustement for me.

I'd work the 5-9 shift. That way I'd have time for all my appointments and it'd give me time to get going when depressed

depends if you are morning person or night person or what type of job suits you more. Bigger factor then bipolar, imho.

I've worked 5 to 10 for 11 years. For me, it's easier to work at night because I feel better at night.

ITA with a few other it depends on if your a morning or night person. Also take into consideration what ur body functions best with. My body functions best with overnight sleep I feel mania coming on without it.
