Anyone experiencing symptoms of SAD? I have very low energy, but no negative thoughts or irritability. I think I have had it for several years. I have used light therapy some years, but I will have to use it every winter from now on. (I gave BAD, GAD, and SAD--Egad!)

Yes, and it is particularly bad this year because it has been an exceptionally cold, snowy, gray winter. I live in NJ so I'm not used to such extreme cold. Happy that it will at least be above freezing soon...ugh can't wait for spring.

My mood has certainly dipped. I'm just so tired. Spent a full week in bed. Haven't done that in a log time!
