Mine is walking....regardless of how bad or good of a day I might have....walking is always a place where I feel comfortable. What is your comfort zone?

With my horse. When life gets too much, she is a steady calming influence. She helps me reflect on situations and relieve my worries. Being with her helps me be mindful. I would be lost without her.

That's just it... I have no "calming zone" I've managed to rid myself of many of the destructive ways I cope but I didn't replace them with anything. Now that I'm struggling again I'm having a hard time staying on the straight and narrow.

This WAS my comfort zone until now. And it's not because of any of you! It's TECHNOLOGY, it's the STUPID BLUE CURSER BLINKING IN MY FACE right now that refuses to stay at the end of the damn sentence if I touch the screen wrong, it's windows & folders an onslaught of initials that I do not understand and lost posts and threads.................

Love you guys , I'm going on a hiatus

Books. I throw myself right into those worlds and ignore mine for the time being. And travelling, if it's an option. Somewhere new where no one knows me, and there are no expectations for me. I can just enjoy the world.

Books and tv shows. They are a way to momentarily forget yourself and give your mind and emotions a rest.

I guess my comfort zones would be anywhere that lets me escape from life. Odd, huh? Sometimes I go to bed to sleep, or to read. Also, I like to get on the internet to learn more about psych stuff, i.e. my road to recovery.

In front of my gaming rig with my headset on. It doesn't mater what game it is: RPG, FPS, RTS.... Just putting my mind to work on some task that isn't as ****ed up as my life is very freeing.
